SAME INSPIRATION AND ENTHUSIASM /Part 2/



We, Nomin team, are writing about our colleagues who work with us and sometimes have dreams and inspirations much bigger than ours and excelling extraordinarily in their lives. They are not handicapped; they are just slightly different than us. When writing the article, we felt their enormous hearts and extraordinary dreams.

It is my pride that I can work just like ordinary people.

Please introduce yourself.

Hello, my name is Delgertsetseg Dash. I was born on April 2 1986 in Ulaanbaatar. I am a native Ulaanbaatar resident. I graduated from Secondary School No 15. Then graduated Ikh Zasag Institute as an accountant.

Please share with us your history about joining Nomin. What do you like about your job?

At first, I registered with the Labour Authority, was called in and completed application form. Then I was called in for interview on July 16 2014 by the HR department and was hired. I work directly with the customers and receive queries from clients at the cashiers. Then I provide solutions for the concerns raised by the customers and inform the management about the same.

From whom and where do you draw your inspiration?

From my colleagues. There are many kinds of positions we have, including camera control, income controller, store cashier and floor manager. I have become a part of the large organization and accomplishing everything together. Store cashier and floor managers support me by providing wonderful advices.

Please introduce about your family.

I have 3 siblings. I have an elderly sister and 2 younger siblings. I have not moved out yet and still live with my mom.

What are you proud of?

Different to ordinary people, I have developmental delay. Nonetheless, when I am working, I am treated like a person who is not handicapped. The fact that I can work like a normal person is my pride.

What are your future aspirations?

I want to work as an accountant. People only work for a good life. I wish to work for a long time in Nomin. I have just had a 2-month leave. When I came back for work, the welcoming was so warm. This is a huge advantage. I will work here stably and progress my career. I dream of contributing with what I can for provision of an international standard services.

What is the best advice that you received in your life?

The best advice I receive from my colleagues. They were very supportive when I left for a treatment recently. They are very open and direct. Really like a family. Security team and management are very understanding and cooperative.

Is there anything you would like to express to your colleagues?

Thank you so much to the security team. I am very grateful to be heard, supported and have my ideas and comments considered. When I was recently abroad, I had my colleague-friends connect to me on Facebook and asked when I was coming back to work. I missed them so bad (tears). So I immediately joined back. Thank you so much to the management team and all the team members.

My parents always remind me to work wholeheartedly.

Please introduce yourself ​

My name is Danzandorj Dorjsembe. I was born in Erdene-Sant soum, Tuv aimag in 1989. I joined special school No.29 in 1998, graduated in 2008, entered the Mongolian National University majoring in software and graduated in 2012.

Please share with us your history about joining Nomin. What do you like about your job?

When I graduated school, my parents advised to I work using my college major. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a suitable job. I was working as a loading staff for the distribution section from June 24 2015. I was promoted as a forklift driver in 2018 and have been working as such since then. What is nice about my job is I get to work with my colleagues.

From whom and where do you draw your inspiration?

I get inspired and motivated from my colleagues who support me in all senses and also when participating in sports competitions. I like playing basketball.

Please introduce your family to us. ​

I live with my parents and younger sibling. My father is a herdsman in the countryside. My mother is undergoing a treatment for her health conditions. My younger sibling works as a nurse at the railway hospital.

What are you proud of?

My pride is when someone tells my parents that they did their job well.

What are your future aspirations?

I dream of working for Nomin as a software specialist and creating my family.

What was the best advice you got?

Being with my family and helping my parents is the best feeling. My parents always remind me to work wholeheartedly.

Is there any message that you would like to relay to your colleagues?

I am deeply grateful to my colleagues for their continuous support. I am very delighted to be working with you. It is the employees of Nomin that are its pride.
